A key to the success in work in my position is the ability to recognize a problem and make proper decisions as well as creativity and team work skills.
I am loyal and resistant to stress, I learn very quickly in order to face new challenges. My method of maintaining relations with coworkers are good manners and optimism. The above-mentioned qualities allow me to manage IT teams without any disagreements.
